One of the ways the PINs program builds the capacity of professional immigrant association is by raising awareness. We do this by:
  • Promoting PINs associations to immigrants, prospective immigrants, employers and key stakeholders through our outreach activities including immigrant fairs, speaking engagements and other related conferences
  • Encouraging immigrants to connect with PINs associations to help build their professional networks as part of their job search strategy
  • Engaging employers to connect with immigrant talent through the associations
