Canada has three levels government:

 A: Federal:leader prime minister  

responsible: national defence, foreign affairs, trade, currency, fisheries,                    oceans, citizenship, immigration.

 B: Provincial and territory: leader premier

responsible: education, health care delivery, natural resource, transportation, 

             highways.

 C: Local and municipal: leader mayor

responsible: waste removal, water and sewage, libraries, parks and recreation.
